Want to learn more about the art of pole? Tired of just doing drop-ins? Want to progress and become a pole expert!? Then this is the program for you! Our 10-week pole series consists of pole conditioning, core training, pole tricks, spins, and choreographed routines that are presented in a showcase for your friends and family. You don’t want to miss the opportunity to lose weight and feel sexy doing it at the same time!
